* Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.


* Minimum 15 year's experience in the manufacture of Investment Castings with some level of plant operational management.


* Experience in producing castings in at least two of the following alloy groups - Aluminum, Superalloy or Titanium.


* Strong written and verbal communication skills.


* Ability to lead a cross functional improvement team.


* Ability to work closely and communicate effectively with all levels of the Howmet organization.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

* This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Effective communication skills and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.


* Strong analytical and problem resolution skills in support of business planning, strategy development/deployment, relationship management and conflict resolution.


* Exceptional Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel & PowerPoint Presentations).
