West District Sales Manager

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $145,000 - $234,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Summary: Schneider Electric has an opportunity for the Instrumentation group as a District Sales Manager.

This opportunity will be responsible for the management and execution of Channel relationships and activities for Instrumentation products within the western US.

What will you do?

This individual will play an integral role in developing detailed business and operational plans with Channel Partners.

The West District Sales Manager will lead the tactical execution of operational plans to drive the enablement of channel partners to realize growth targets by implementing sales plans, national/local promotions, training programs, and inventory planning.

The successful candidate will report to the North American Sales Director for Instrumentation, with close working relationships with local sales and business development team.
