The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager to be based in Sydney, working within our growing Infrastructure and Transport segment.

Working within key accounts, you will identify and qualify major infrastructure opportunities early in the sales cycle, map out the ecosystem of key stakeholders, develop a pursuit strategy and lead a team of technical and sales professionals to present a Customer specific value proposition utilising the full suite of Schneider offers.

Working with Customers and peripheral influencers, you will work to uncover their needs so you can clearly articulate the right solution at the right time.

You will also work across our broader organisation as you collaborate with other lines of business, leveraging the support of commercial business functions and influencing leadership teams to gain support for your strategies.

With an eye to the future, you will be an experienced professional who can operate within a complex global organisation.

As a seasoned professional, you will utilise your background to successfully influence leadership teams as you gain support for your strategies and make an Impact on our ongoing growth and success.
