Role Overview

The Head of KAM at DHL Global Forwarding Canada will lead a team of Key Account Managers to drive strategic growth and enhance customer satisfaction. This role involves developing and executing account strategies, building strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing high-value accounts.

You’ll be supported by a global team of professionals with diverse experience but also have the freedom to work independently.
