Role reports to: Senior CS Manager - Nicorette

Location: High Wycombe, UK

What you will do

The Commercial Strategy team own all the elements of the marketing mix (price, promotion, place, proposition and product (assortment)).

Ultimate success will be measured through your ability to help shape our internal plans to deliver sales, profit and share growth for both Kenvue and our retail partners.

You will achieve this by working collaboratively across Customer, Marketing, Category, Supply, Shopper Execution & Finance to develop winning commercial propositions and build long term plans across a portfolio of Selfcare brands.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong commercial operator to move into a more rounded, broader and strategic role- further developing and enriching their experience by working with the wider team to really get deep under the skin of our Brands, you'll also gain significant senior leadership visibility and exposure to more sophisticated commercial decision making.

Key Responsibilities


* Own the UK Commercial Proposition for a portfolio of Selfcare Brands.


* Lead the Commercial Strategy of your Brands, and set the standards of execution in the UK market.


* Influence the UK Cross-Function Squad team to help realise the potential of planned NPD & Initiatives, and the development of key out of plan opportunities.


* Lead the Commercial agenda of the Annual Business Planning Cycle

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications


* Experienced in the FMCG industry


* Experience in multiple Commercial / National Accounts roles in Consumer Products Industry.

Preferably in multiple customers/channels.


* Excellent communicator & collaborator specifically strong at influencing and coaching.


* Strong leadership & proof of delivery via others


* Performance orientated, ability to adapt to change and a solution focused approach
