Main Responsibilities:


* Lead the AMSP (Annual Marketing and Sales Plan) process to ensure proper strategic planning at the company level.


* Ensure the completion, updating, analysis, and periodic review of the Marketing plan at the tactical level in Marketing Intel.


* Control the marketing budget by business unit and marketing mix to identify potential execution risks.


* Present the current budget status on a quarterly basis (Budget QBR).


* Generate purchase orders for products and services required by the Marketing team.


* Follow up on purchase orders throughout the entire process to ensure they are correctly reflected in billing.


* Act as a liaison between the Marketing team and the Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Finance teams to resolve any issues related to purchase orders, invoicing, vendors, and financial records associated with the marketing budget.


* Monitor the control dashboard for the Marketing department's strategic initiatives (HOSHIN/OKR).


* Provide support in other operational activities of the Marketing department.

* Degree in: Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering with interested in finance, or related fields


* Experience in budget management


* Strong negotiation and communication skills


* Accountability


* Attention to detail


* Advanced English level


* Data management in Excel


* SAP (Preferred)
