Your Role:


* Carry out physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist


* Assist patients in achieving their rehab goals safely and effectively


* Document treatments and progress accurately


* Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team

What We're Looking For:


* Valid California PTA license


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


* Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care


* Previous SNF experience preferred but not required
