Position Overview
The Sr FP&A Analyst plays a key role in planning, analysis, reporting, and strategy to support our rapidly growing organization.
This individual will collaborate with the FP&A team and key stakeholders across the organization, taking responsibility for tracking, managing, and reporting headcount.
Essential Job Functions
* Lead headcount tracking and reporting processes, ensuring alignment between Finance and Talent Acquisition systems (e.g., Workday and Adaptive)
* Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, Accounting, and FP&A teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting and planning
* Develop and maintain workforce models to track FTEs, costs, and variances across departments, geographies, and functions.
* Deliver high-quality, data-driven insights and presentations for senior leadership, including headcount dashboards
