Job Overview

We are seeking an expert and motivated Manufacturing Engineer/Engineering Lab and Machine Shop Supervisor to join our Process Technology team.

The candidate will lead all aspects of all laboratory and machine shop operations and administration, ensuring that engineering projects and experiments are conducted efficiently and safely.

This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities


* Supervision: Coordinate daily operations of the engineering laboratory, including scheduling, staff management, and prioritization.


* Safety Compliance: Ensure all lab activities enforce to safety regulations and protocols, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
