Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine R&D is recruiting for a Director, Strategic Business Improvement.

 This position is a hybrid role and will be located in High Wycombe, United Kingdom.

The Director, Strategic Business Improvement will serve as the Global Medical Safety (GMS) leader for creation of the strategy for, and delivery of, high-impact strategic projects, and continuous improvement.  This individual will be a strategic thought partner and ad hoc member of the GMS Leadership Team (LT).  In this role, the Director will partner/collaborate across multiple operating units, functions, and/or COEs, as well as: (a) work/consult with GMS Leadership to help define and shape strategy, ensure tactical execution alignment to the strategy, and integrate the two into the Innovative Medicine, Office of the Chief Medical Officer (IM OCMO) and Innovative Medicine R&D business; (b) lead/manage high priority initiatives to transform GMS and add value to the GMS business; (c) align and ensure that strategic actions are taken based on strategic decisions by the GMS LT; and (d) develop and implement the GMS communicatio...
