Financial Analysis Advisor - Express Scripts - Hybrid

Summary: The Rebate Forecasting & Analytics Advisor will perform a range of tasks and analysis in support of rebate modeling and value tracking.

Responsibilities:


* Financial analytic support- provide analytic support for key strategic Supply Chain, Product, and Finance initiatives


* Rebate performance tracking-maintain and update the financial value associated with key strategic initiatives


* Rebate reporting- create, maintain, and distribute macro/micro level rebate reporting


* Work cross functionally to ensure alignment on rates and value


* Maintain rates in the rebate model


* Ad hoc analysis, special projects, and reporting as needed


* Lead and/or assist in documenting best practices/SOPs for rebate modeling procedures


* Work cross functionally to align on rebate rate strategy and intent


* Manage tracking and entry of negotiated rates.

Qualifications:


* Ability to work cross-functionally to collect information and resolve issues


* Ability to handle analysis from issue identification to proposal of potential solutions


* Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines


* Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently, remain focused and execute work with minimal supervision, able to multi-task effectively.


* Strong communication and problem solving skills


* Advanced Microsoft Offices skills (Word, Excel,), general technical proficiency in other office related tools


* SQL experience a plus


* Excellent quantitative skills and ability to perform mathematical analysis and advanced problem solving.
