Contract Management within the Johnson & Johnson MedTech-Electrophysiology Commercial Operations organization is recruiting for a Contract Manager, Learned Intermediary to be located in Irvine, CA

The Contract Manager, Learned Intermediary  will be part of the Electrophysiology (EP) Commercial Contract Management organization, reporting to the Senior Manager, Contract Management / Learned Intermediary, and responsible for driving flawless implementation of contracts and pricing strategies throughout the contract continuum from developing paper through contract load and maintenance.

These responsibilities include leading customer contract negotiations, coordinating the overall workflow of the contracting process, partnering with Marketing, Legal, Sales and Commercial Operations to ensure a high level of service, high quality products and efficient processes.

This individual is responsible for leading and developing various contract templates to support the business and CPC approved Contract Strategies and will support terms and conditions redlines for commercial contracts.

This role is the defined and proficient specialist for handling redlines including customer negotiation in close partnership with Offer Development, Account Management and the Field Sales Organization.

They partner closely across the Learned Intermediary team, Electrophysiology Contract Management and Commercial Programs Legal Group (CPLG), the broader JJMT contracting community, HCC, and internal business partners, including senior management, in finding opportunities, process improvements and supporting critical company initiatives to improve turnaround time processes and workflows.
