Application Development Senior Advisor- Hybrid

The job profile for this position is Application Development Senior Advisor, which is a Band 4 Contributor Career Track Role with Cigna -Evernorth Services Inc.

Responsibilities-


* Design and develop software applications following complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).


* Develop architecture, design, development, and testing stages, as well as phases with their own processes and deliverables.


* Work on test automation project development and automated test workflow.

Design new requirements working with SMEs and system analysts to understand and analyze business requirements and provide flexible and maintainable code and ensure that it does not impact existing functionality and requirements.


* Work on software builds and releases.


* Defect triages for BAT testing and production releases.


* Analyze user stories, create user stories in backlog, and support and update SA/QA on impacts to provide necessary information with existing functionality.

Develop code, unit test for user stories each sprint, and perform implementation based on requirements.


* Update code changes as required by any issues or changes in business requiremen ts

Qualifications-

Master's or foreign equivalent degree in computers or engineering plus three years of experience in software development or a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computers or engineering plus five years of experience in software development.

Must have experience with: C# .Net development, MS Windows, MS Visual Studio .Net, Visual Studio Code, ASP.Net, ASP.Net Core, MVC, Net Framework, .Net Core, ADO.Net, LINQ, SPLUNK, Angular, Angular JS, WCF, REST API services, MS SQL Server, Web Services, Tortoise SVN, Subversion, XML, GitHub, TFS, Jira Rally, SoapUI, Postman, MS SQL Server, Mongo DB, OpenShift, and AWS.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
