The Manager, GSM - Competitive Insights leads Johnson & Johnson MedTech’s electrophysiology activities surrounding coverage of competitive activities as well as scientific insights from the podium at relevant conferences including collecting, synthesizing, and distribution of insights and recommended actions.

Working closely with product managers, this marketing leader will also support the development and sharing of new product and portfolio competitive positioning.

This role will source insights form industry conferences, competitor activities such as earnings calls and webinars, and from regional and field teams.

 This role balances relationship-building, strategic, creative, and analytical thinking to develop insights that raises internal awareness of key competitor insights to position the business as a leader in the electrophysiology space today and into the future.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will:


* At industry congresses in electrophysiology, attend scientific sessions on competitive technology and deliver key findings to senior leaders and the broader organization.  After each congress, own the creation and delivery of competitive intelligence updates.


* Lead, prioritize, and execute strategic and tactical marketplace and competitive insight projects and activities, including leading external people resources.
