What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Rehabilitation to lead our interdisciplinary therapy team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about patient care, teamwork, and driving clinical excellence.

Responsibilities Include:


* Overseeing the operations of the rehabilitation department (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, and COTA).


* Providing leadership and support to therapy staff, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.


* Managing therapy schedules, caseloads, and staffing to optimize efficiency and outcomes.


* Ensuring compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.


* Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.


* Acting as a mentor and resource for staff to enhance clinical skills and professional growth.

What You Bring to the Role:


* Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of California.


* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.


* Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
