Technical Inside Sales Representative

For our Services Division, we are looking for a Technical Inside Sales Representative who works for Belgium, reporting to our office in Uccle, Brussels.

As a Technical Inside Sales Representative for Power, you will maximize services revenue by building and nurturing strong relationships with customers and managing their requests and leads.

Key Responsibilities:


* Analyze and qualify opportunities in Salesforce.


* Collaborate with the Quotation team to create offers and send to customers.


* Document all customer interactions and activities in Salesforce.


* Identify additional sales opportunities (up-sell & cross-sell) and track in Salesforce.


* Maintain and update customer data and their installed base.


* Ensure compliance and adhere strictly to processes, rules, and authority delegations.


* Manage risks related to sales, coordinating with Legal on Terms & Conditions.


* Secure new contracts to drive growth.

Qualifications:


* Experience: Between 2-5 years of experience in similar technical sales roles.


* Background: background in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, or Electrical fields, or equivalent professional experience.


* Languages: Fluent in Dutch or French plus English.

Proficient in the other national language.


* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


* Teamwork: Strong ability to work collaboratively and influence others.


* Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM tools.


* Other Skills: Autonomy, proactivity, prioritization, and self-initiative.
