Campaign Delivery Manager, New York
We are looking for an experienced marketer to join our team as a Campaign Manager.
In this role, you will manage innovative cross-sell campaigns from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive revenue for our Workplace Solutions business.
This involves campaign planning, asset development, reporting, and managing approvals and deadlines.
You will work within a highly collaborative marketing team, partnering with various stakeholders and teams, including specialist marketers in content, design, and marketing operations, as well as product, data, sales, and compliance teams.
Job responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of multi-channel cross-selling marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
* Manage the creation of compelling campaign assets that include educational and engagement content, ensuring it is optimized for various marketing channels with a focus on strong copywriting, design integrity, and brand consistency.
* Oversee campaigns from ideation to execution, acting as the primary point of contact for campaign-related inquiries and issues.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaign content and messaging tailored to different client segments.
* Understand and define key campaign metrics, preparing regular reports and presentations on campaign performance for senior stakeholders.
* Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using data and analytics, making informed decisions to optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
* Serve as a thought leader in client engagement and cross-selling, sharing insights and best practices with internal stakeholders.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and innovation.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* University undergraduate degree or equivalent.
* 7+ years of marketing experience in financial services, though candidates with relevant campaign experience from other sectors are also encouraged to apply.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns simultaneously with clear structure and clarity.
* Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns across various marketing channels.
* Results-focused, highly organized, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
* Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
