At Schneider Electric, we are currently looking for a Customer Satisfaction & Quality Business Partner for Digital Energy.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high levels of quality standards across the business.
You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall customer experience and product quality.
You will play a key role in driving business growth, customer retention, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

What You'll be doing:
* Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics (NPS, NSS) to identify trends and strategic opportunities for improvement.
* Develop and implement targeted actions within Digital Energy and channels to elevate customer satisfaction.
* Oversee the resolution of major customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective solutions through collaboration with internal teams.
* Lead the implementation of group processes and quality standards to enhance product and service excellence.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with the Nordic Continuous Improvement Manager, fostering a culture of excellence.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, country business leaders, and line of business teams to support growth and satisfaction.
* Deliver insightful reports to senior management on customer satisfaction, quality, and continuous improvement metrics, guiding strategic decisions.
What Will Help You Succeed:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams.
* Knowledge of risk management and issue prevention methodologies.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
