F&B Hostess - InterContinental Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a poised, guest-oriented, and elegant F&B Hostess to be the face of our distinguished Seafood Fine Dining Restaurant, known for its premium coastal cuisine, sophisticated ambiance, and unparalleled hospitality.

As the first point of contact for our guests, the F&B Hostess plays a pivotal role in delivering a warm, welcoming experience that sets the tone for the entire dining journey.

You will be responsible for managing reservations, coordinating seating plans, and supporting seamless service delivery while reflecting the grace and professionalism of a world-class establishment.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:


* Welcome guests with warmth, elegance, and professionalism upon arrival


* Manage the reservation system accurately and accommodate walk-in guests effectively


* Maintain a composed and graceful presence, even during high-traffic periods


* Escort guests to their tables while introducing them to the dining concept and ambiance


* Communicate closely with the culinary and service teams to ensure guest preferences are met


* Handle guest requests, special occasions, and complaints diplomatically


* Maintain an immaculate hostess station and entrance area


* Stay informed of menu updates, chef’s specials, and restaurant promotions


* Promote the restaurant's unique offerings to guests and support overall guest satisfaction


* Uphold InterContinental standards and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and health & safety protocols

What we need from you:


* Minimum of 1 year experience in a hostess or guest-facing role in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment


* Strong command of English (verbal and written); additional languages such as Arabic or French are a plus


* Excellent grooming, posture, and communication skills


* Confident, courteous, and professional demeanor under all circumstances


* Familiarity with digital reservation systems 


* Passion for fine cuisine, elegant hospitality, and guest satisfaction


* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
