The Manager, Contracts will manage the Company's contracting process to ensure efficient, thorough, and consistent review, modification, and execution of contracts with the appropriate Company protections.

This process includes the requesting of and entering information regarding contract information, bonds, warranties, and customer documentation into the Company systems.

This position will also manage follow up with customers, outside counsel and other internal departments.

The ideal candidate has a substantial experience in contract terms and negotiating strategies as well as contract drafting and editing, and is able to work closely with business partners regarding risk and risk mitigation strategies.

What you'll do


* In partnership with the VP/General Manager, internal departments, and Legal, take the lead role to have all contracts reviewed, edited, and assist Legal in negotiating contracts, purchase orders, change orders, or other customer-facing terms.


* Primary point of contact for internal and external customer service, sending and receiving all customer correspondence relating to the Company's contract process.


* Manage the organization and tracking of all contracts.


* Cultivate positive and effective business relationships; work closely with internal departments on all contract information for bond applications and Certificates of Insurance.


* Assist project team with project closeout documentation, change orders, and with any process or inquiry that involves the contracting process.
