Responsibilities:


* Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans


* Provide direct speech-language therapy services


* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help residents achieve their goals


* Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations

Requirements:


* Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Idaho


* SNF experience preferred but not required


* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
