We are searching for the best talent for a Medical Affairs Manager to be in Bucharest, Romania

Purpose:

To provide scientific support to company’s key customers (internal and external);

To initiate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

To increase awareness of disease management in specific therapeutic area by designing, developing, and delivering effective contents in company owned medical education events and by coordinating symposia in third party’s events and other continuing educational programs.

To develop educational plans and ensure their execution once commitment from internal business partners and concept & budget approval obtained

You will be responsible for:


* To provide scientific support to healthcare professionals by providing educational presentations, responding to unsolicited medical information requests, and assisting in the developing of case presentations, scientific presentations related to a specific therapeutic area.


* To provide scientific support to Leading specialists on a regular basis of minimum 20% of time as field visits.


* To develop and provide scientific and clinical medical information to current and potential key opinion leaders/leading specialists/HCPs.


* To coordinate continuing educational workshops, seminars and programs for physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and scientists.


* To provide analysis of clinical studies, to ensure information integrity related to company's products.


* To review product presentations for demonstration to the medical community leaders, medical groups, government agencies and healthcare systems.


* To participate in creating the policies and procedures for development and provision of medical and technical information relating to the company’s drug products use.
