Technical Sales Administrator

Position Overview:
Bray is seeking a Technical Sales Administrator to support our Industry and Regional Sales Teams.

In this dynamic role, you will serve as a key liaison between internal departments and sales teams to ensure the smooth coordination of bid proposals, inventory strategies, and large-scale customer program requirements.

This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong technical knowledge of Bray products and experience working cross-functionally across sales, operations, project management, and finance.

Key Responsibilities


* Must be capable of directly responding to Buyers and other Key Customer Contacts with pricing, delivery, expedite requests, documentation, and general customer support in a professional manner.


* Coordinate with the Industry Manager, Sales Team, Regional Managers and others as needed to generate bid proposals to be submitted by - or approved for submission by the Sales Team.


* Assist with the entry, maintenance and optimization of the project quotation data in D365



* Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution of sales deliverables.


* Collaborate with department heads to develop effective strategies for responding to high value inquiries.



* Assist with organizing and analyzing pricing structures to ensure consistency, competitiveness, and alignment with business objectives.


* Work with internal teams identify pricing trends, competitive benchmarks, and cost structures.


* Work with the Industry Manager to audit and maintain Rebate and other Supplier Agreements.

Qualifications & Skills


* Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education and experience preferred.


* Strong Bray product and technical attributes knowledge.


* Strong analytical skills.


* Strong Excel skills.


* Experience with CRM systems and data management tools.


* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.


* Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
