Job Responsibilities:


* Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans for residents


* Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed PT


* Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team


* Educate residents and families on exercises and care plans


* Contribute to a positive and encouraging environment for residents and team members

Requirements:


* Active California PTA License


* Compassionate and patient-centered mindset


* Strong teamwork and communication skills


* Skilled nursing facility experience preferred, but not required
