What You Will Do


* Embrace influential leadership to support the organization while advancing our Principle-Based Management (PBM) culture


* Analyze and evaluate current converting processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost


* Develop and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance production capabilities


* Lead and manage projects related to process improvements, equipment upgrades, and new technology implementation


* Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, and quality to ensure successful project execution


* Utilize data analysis tools to monitor production processes and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement


* Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders


* Collaborate with equipment vendors and suppliers to evaluate new technologies and equipment for potential implementation


* Oversee the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of new and existing equipment


* Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications


* Develop and implement quality control processes to identify and address defects or quality issues


* Provide technical support and training to production staff and operators on new processes, equipment, and technologies


* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence among team members
