Job Overview:

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Site Administrator to support administrative and HR functions at a project site.

This role is the face of the site, ensuring smooth operations by managing payroll, onboarding, office coordination, and compliance tasks.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in payroll processing, with strong communication skills to support both employees and leadership.

 

Primary Job Responsibilities:


* Payroll & HR: Manage payroll processes using B2W and Keystyle, handle personnel actions, onboarding, pay raises, and compliance with craft and class codes.


* Administrative Support: Maintain office operations, process correspondence, order supplies, coordinate shipments, and assist with company asset maintenance.


* Employee Relations: Serve as the face of the site, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for employees, new hires, and visitors.


* Operations & Reporting: Maintain accurate rosters, approve B2W field logs, generate reports, and ensure compliance with labor codes.


* Safety & Compliance: Support site safety procedures, maintain emergency contact information, and assist the Safety Manager as needed.


* Meetings & Coordination: Participate in weekly meetings, collaborate with site managers, and facilitate smooth operations between field and corporate teams.

 

Basic Qualifications


* High School Diploma or GED required


* Minimum of one year of administrative experience, preferably in a construction environment


* Experience in payroll processing is required



* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


* Experience with payroll systems (B2W, Keystyle, UKG preferred)


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills


* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively


* Self-motivated and able to work independently


* Professional, personable, and capable of building positive relationships with site personnel
