In this role, you will:


* Architectural Design: Design scalable, robust, and secure data solutions that align with business objectives.

This includes data models, ETL processes, data warehousing, and data lake architectures.


* Technology Implementation: Oversee the implementation of data solutions, ensuring integration with existing systems like ERP, CRM, and supply chain management software.


* Innovation in Analytics: Lead the adoption of advanced analytics and machine learning technologies to provide predictive insights into consumer behavior, market trends, and operational efficiencies.


* Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).


* Collaboration: Work closely with IT, business units, and external partners to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Facilitate cross-functional teams in Agile environments.


* Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, providing regular updates on project statuses, risks, and solutions.


* Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize the performance of data platforms to ensure high availability and responsiveness.


* Technology Evangelism: Stay abreast of emerging technologies in data management, analytics, and cloud platforms, advocating for their adoption where beneficial.
