Sales Administration Analyst - New Business Support (Remote)

This position supports various aspects of the new business sales process from request for proposal to case implementation.

This person will be the liaison between the New Business Manager and internal partners (e.g.

Admin Staff, Pre Sale, Underwriting, Implementation, and Commission team).

The role will also have external facing and relationship building relationships with new Clients and Brokers.

This roll collaborates with New Business Managers providing to support to the Sales activity from presale, to install gathering client intent for seamless experience.

This person must be capable of working independently, under tight time constraints while prioritizing workload, while demonstrating sound judgment.


* Proactively supports RPF and presale follow-up with Client and/or Broker on any missing/incomplete information


* Attends implementation meetings and monitor the sales timeline to ensure adherence


* Production of BNCA, compliant benefit summaries and SBC documents including; generating insurance benefit summaries, MH parity, state mandates and federal regulations (PPACA related), PBAB for non-standards and create performance guarantees.


* Coordinate with Admin staff on producing/printing/ordering /assembling of Client materials such as enrollments kits and Virtual Benefit education link


* Internal maintenance of SFDC, internal/external contacts, BP# requests, MLS quote support


* Assists with service issues occurring in the first 30 days of the new installation, working with Platinum and Gold Service teams to coordinate care.

Understand market book of business in partnership with NBM supporting missing RFP activity.


* Supports NBM with pipeline reports, dashboards and producer scorecards


* Collaborate with brokers and Support document administration functions for the NBM


* Internal maintenance of SFDC, internal/external contacts, BP# requests, MLS quote support


* Collaborates with presale or produces prospects benefit summaries


* Assists with coordination of producer events and continuing broker education series


* Supports administration in creation of Finalist Presentation materials with New Business Manager
