As a Analyst, Logistics, you will be responsible for developing actionable analyses to improve the productivity and efficiency of our operations.

What your day-to-day will look like:


* Support customer with respect to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including, but not limited to, reducing backorders and past dues, accurate forecasts, new model launches, recalls and supplier collaboration


* Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to create compelling narratives around data insights


* Present findings to leadership and operational teams in clear and concise reports, dashboards and visualizations



* Utilize customer tools to provide accurate updates related to shipments, forecasts, schedules, etc.


* Prepare operational analyses of services, projects or general business functions


* Maintain databases, extract information and develop metrics and scorecards to measure and improve overall performance


* Analyze operations, including performance and productivity data and error rates/root causes; review reports to identify operational issues across departments

What you’ll need to excel:

At a minimum, you’ll need:


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience


* 1 year of experience in transportation or logistics

It’d be great if you also have:


* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, D ata Science , Business Analytics or a related field


* Strong problem-solving techniques, statistical analysis skills and the ability to create queries and solid data mining and development skills


* Ability to create solutions-based reports to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction


* Experience in preparing, importing and manipulating information in spreadsheets, databases and presentations and converting raw data into usable formats


* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau , Power BI or QlikView


* Strong problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills


* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
