Ridgeway Post Acute is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to lead our dining services team! We are looking for a strong leader with a positive attitude who is passionate about providing exceptional food service to our residents.

Position: Certified Dietary Manager
Location: Ridgeway Post Acute
Pay: $25 - $27 per hour, based on experience
Sign-on Bonus: $2,000
Full-time/Part-time: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead and oversee all aspects of dietary services, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations


* Supervise and train kitchen staff while promoting a positive and team-oriented environment


* Plan and develop menus that meet the nutritional needs of residents


* Monitor food preparation and ensure quality control


* Maintain accurate records of dietary practices and inventory management


* Work closely with healthcare team members to ensure the dietary needs of each resident are met

Qualifications:


* Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification required


* Previous experience in dietary management in a healthcare setting preferred

* Knowledge of food safety regulations and dietary guidelines
