Position: Medical Records Assistant
Location: Napa Valley Care Center
Pay: $18 - $20 per hour, depending on experience

Full-time/Part-time: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:


* Organize and maintain patient medical records with accuracy and confidentiality


* Ensure proper documentation and timely filing of medical forms


* Assist with the intake of patient data and records


* Communicate with healthcare professionals to ensure records are up to date


* Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and policies
