What You Will Do

The position is responsible for:

• Executing daily activities to ensure overall end-to-end data management, quality, retention, orchestration, and visualization of our workforce intelligence solution across the HR ecosystem.

• The Analyst will manage all day-to-day activities related to workforce data management requests, ensuring complete service delivery, including user management, change management, incident management, configuration management, communication, and knowledge management of the Workforce Intelligence Data, Reporting, and Analytics solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete Workforce Intelligence Data, Reporting, and Analytics capabilities in Kenvue's Visier instance

• Execute the Product strategy in areas of user management, change management, incident management, configuration management, communication, and knowledge management

• Be a Subject Matter Expert in a People Experience Domain

• Act as a product owner, daily deliver high-quality services:

• User management -accurate, compliant, and complete access policy

• Change management - convenient end-user intake process, backlog management, tasks alignment with the product roadmap and business strategy, precise execution, and vendor cooperation coordination

• Incident management - timely collection, acknowledgment, assessment, and resolution coordination with the IT partners, vendor, and stakeholder

• Configuration management - maintain accurate, documented, up-to-date configuration library

• Communication management - plan, coordinate with comms team, own and execute entire communication with stakeholders

• Knowledge management - maintain internal knowledge of the solution, documentation, training materials, and knowledge sharing

• Continuously identify stakeholders' needs and offer ideas and solutions for its realization
