We are a Global FP&A Team based in Sao Paulo.

Our purpose is to maximize business value from FP&A, combining business acumen with forward looking analytics to deliver insights that boldly drive our business towards a healthier future.

What you will do

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Finance/Data Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and effectively communicate these to technical teams for successful project execution.

•Design and Implement BI Projects: Design architectures, model data, test new features, and meticulously document processes to ensure seamless BI project delivery.

•Global Collaboration: Work within a global matrixed environment to define data structures for financial reports and lead their implementation, ensuring consistency and accuracy across regions.

•Develop Advanced Analytics Tools: Create and deploy advanced analytics tools to facilitate a self-service approach, empowering teams with actionable insights.

•Enhance FP&A Processes: Drive improvements in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes by eliminating non-value-added activities, enhancing efficiency, and leveraging data and tools to generate value.

•Support Systems Implementation: Assist in the implementation of new systems by testing and deploying changes to the current FP&A environment, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

•Completed bachelor's degree (minimum).

•Previous experience in Data & Finance.

•SQL Knowledge (foundation/queries)

•BI Projects (gathering user requirements / designing architecture / data modeling / testing / documentation)

•Advanced/fluent skills in English are essential (presentations, listening and written).

•Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
