What You Will Do

AR Coordinator will focus on e nsuring Master data maintenance for DASHB region & Processing of credit limit.

The person will support tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues, monitor and maintain AR records and accounts.

We are seeking an organized, motivated, accurate and detail-oriented person for our DASHB region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium) to join our EBS (Enterprise Business Solutions) Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring Master data maintenance DASHB region & Processing of credit limit and proactively reach out to customers to confirm Masterdata information.

• Interface with customer service, sales team in communicating and resolving issues.

• Contact customers to collect past due amounts.

Identify any reasons for non-payment.

• Being process owner of Dunning Letters for Germany.

• Escalate unresolved issues, tracking to final resolution.

• Other financial duties assigned by supervisor

What We Are Looking For

Required/Desired Qualifications

• Higher vocational training (e.g.

economics) or university degree in economics or similar

• At least 1-3 years finance/customer service experience (ideally in a multinational company)

• Ability to manage priorities, workflow, and communication.

• Accounting software experience required (ERP system software preferred, CRM and CAT nice to have).

• Proficient with MS Office-Excel and Word

• Fluent in German (customer portfolio) and good English (business language) in speaking and writing
