Ultrasonographer – Maternal Fetal Medicine

We are looking for an experienced OB or MFM sonographer to join our Maternal Fetal Medicine department part-time, 32 hours/week.
Ideal candidate must be ARDMS registered in OB with a passion in high-risk perinatology, and have full knowledge of the indications, contraindications, and hazards associated with procedures.

Hiring range is between $48.55-$64.30 and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.

Schedule has varying start/end times, 4 days/week at Salmon Creek

In this role you will:


* Provide diagnostic studies, treatment and support to high-risk obstetric patients by performing specific diagnostic tests as ordered by providers


* Assure accuracy of test results, reports and equipment by having a thorough understanding of tests and techniques.


* Have ability to perform variety of OB procedures


* Excellent written and oral communication skills.


* Ability to interact effectively with patients and physicians in pressure situations while maintaining tact and diplomacy.

Requirements:


* Graduate of an ARDMS accredited school of ultrasound.


* ARDMS registered in OB required.


* Nuchal Translucency (NT) certification preferred.


* 4-5 years of experience in OB sonography preferred


* Experienced in high risk OB ultrasounds a bonus


* Endovaginal scanning skills required.


* Previous experience in an outpatient medical or Perinatology Clinic strongly preferred

Pay Range:
$46.46 - $69.69

Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
