What You Will Do

The Q&C Data Insights and Analytics Lead is responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital insights and analytics initiatives that align with the overall business objectives.

You will combine strong experience in data analytics methods and tools, a can-do and creativity mindset, and problem-solving capabilities to advise, co-create and deploy solutions to improve processes and operations with end-to-end focus.

You will participate in initiatives with local, regional, and global footprint and will build relationships with stakeholders from technical and non-technical background and from various departments.

Responsibilities

• Devise, implement, maintain, and/or enhance digital insights and analytics initiatives that will succeed in supporting business processes, including routine operational processes, while interacting with different teams to understand the problems, gather requirements and ensure feedbacks are reflected in the solutions.

• Manage and analyze data using SQL/databricks, PowerBi, Power Apps and latest advanced methods and tools such as AI and machine learning.

• Support the deployment and adoption of regional and global initiatives to the EMEA Q&C department.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into quality processes and reporting and to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including but not limited to Supply Chain partners, to ensure alignment and support for the development and delivery of initiatives.

• Communicate complex data insights, analytics findings, and recommendations to stakeholders of different levels including senior management, ensuring clear understanding and support for factual decision making.
