Join our dynamic team as the Director, GLO Digital Transformation and play a key role in shaping the future of how we operate as a Global Legal Organization.

The Director, GLO Digital Transformation will spearhead our digital transformation initiatives, leveraging data, AI, and other innovative solutions to enhance our services, streamline our processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive value for our stakeholders.

This role will partner closely with other members of the Legal Operations group and Johnson & Johnson business partners, including the Technology, Finance, Procurement, Communications and Global Services organizations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap and lead the GLO’s digital transformation to become best-in-class.

This role may manage team members in the future to the extent other positions are added to accelerate our digital transformation.

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the services provided by legal and privacy teams, the current service delivery model(s) used by the GLO, and the digital trends, tools and practices (available now and in the future) to transform those service delivery models.
