Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Director, Customer Marketing in our Strategic Customer Group (SCG).

As part of the SCG Customer Marketing team, this individual will report directly into the Sr.

Director of Customer Marketing and Healthcare Quality Solutions.

The Director, Customer Marketing will:  


* Be the SCG Customer Marketing lead for Oncology for Multiple Myeloma and Prostate, accelerating product adoption by partnering to identify and deliver innovative solutions and resources, such as:
+  Operational process assessments and mapping
+  SCG ecosystem activation and prioritization, and corresponding resources


* Develop and deploy solutions to impact patient outcomes in at-risk populations including:
+ Solutions tied to Population Health Data Tools (e.g HEATMap, CAREMap)
+ Prostate home testing


* Lead/ collaborate with cross-functional teams to:



* Create and pull through innovative solutions and resources by engaging internal stakeholders, including legal/HCC, to support customer engagements by the Field teams. 


* Develop and align on impact metrics ensuring that critical stakeholders are enrolled throughout the process including identifying when and how to scale tools and capabilities


* Implement solutions with Account Management leadership, creating implementation guides and training for associated field teams.  Creating discussion guides, SOPs, implementation guides and customer tools for use by this team.

Qualifications


* Bachelor’s Degree required.  Advanced degree or MBA preferred.


* A minimum of 7 years business experience, with 3 years of marketing or consulting experience required.  Pharmaceuticals and Health systems experience strongly preferre...
