We are recruiting for a OneStream Developer will support value delivery and value realization for OneStream technology product.

As a strategic problem solver, technologist, and digital expert in OneStream, this role will deliver products and platforms that create exceptional experiences for employees within the company and external talent.

This role will also be responsible for supporting large-scale and high-visibility global technology transformation initiatives across North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific, and Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions driving outcomes that matter in our local markets related to OneStream products.

This position is located in the Global Capability Center in Bangalore, India.

What you will do

As a pivotal role in the Technology & Data organization, reporting to the Finance Operations Product Group Lead, this role will support value delivery and value realization for OneStream technology products.

As a strategic problem solver, technologist, and digital expert in OneStream, this role will deliver products and platforms that create exceptional experiences for Kenvue employees.

This role will also be responsible for supporting large-scale and high-visibility global technology transformation initiatives across North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific, and Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions driving outcomes that matter in our local markets related to OneStream products

Key Responsibilities


* Collaborate with key business partners to identify user needs and translate them into detailed requirements for the Squad


* In partnership with the OneStream Product Owner, maintain deep understanding of the requirements to ensure that the squad's backlog priorities are aligned with business needs


* Support product owner in defining user stories


* Produce efficient and elegant code base for prioritized enhancements.


* Apply business process improvement methods for optimization


* Support testing and deployment of software solution, including automated testing to ensure solution quality


* Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and continuous process / technology improvements


* Work closely with support team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues / requests routed through Helpdesk or Super users
