Job Description:

We are seeking a Digital Sales Representative.

Responsible for driving the customer relationship, understanding customer needs/requirements, and managing the daily activities for all assigned accounts.

They are the primary owners of their accounts and pull the right resources after qualifying the opportunities.

Manage E2E sales including technical sales on the standard offerings for Compute products for the commercial and SLED segment accounts.

Works closely with channel to leverage partners and expand HPE reach.

This is an onsite position based in our Houston, TX office.

Responsibilities


* Drives compute solutions with customers and identifies sales opportunities relative to a specific trend.


* Drives activities and leverages extended resources to implement the plan to land/expand HPE's footprint in the assigned accounts/territories through selling.


* Actively targets whitespace and new logo to generate net new pipeline gains through solicited and unsolicited proposals.


* Leverages digital tools, frameworks, and standardized offerings throughout all stages of the customer's lifecycle.


* Conducts new opportunity conversation in an explorative manner, clarifying technical requirements and recommending the right products to customers based on requirements.


* Actively engage with customers, channel, (DPS) Digital Presales Specialist, specialist sales, to generate and close deals.


* Uses available tools in proposing recommendations for on HPE Compute solutions.

Present a quarterly business plan to leadership.


* Clearly address challenges in customer/partner business horizon, aligns with priorities, reflects strategic partnering, and contributes to account growth objectives.

Education and Experience Required


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field (preferably IT/ Sales )


* 3-5 years of relevant work experience or equivalent

Knowledge and Skills


* Proficient account management, acquisition, retention, and development skills
