The annual salary range for this role is $88,151 - 110,189.

GXO, in good faith, believes this is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California.

This rate may be modified in the future.

What you'll do on a typical day:


* Lead/direct planning-related functions of the distribution center, e.g., plan and schedule inbound receipts and outbound shipments, replenishment activities, inventory slotting, capacity analysis, order prioritization and expedite processing


* Develop and execute operational level reporting for site level leadership team and the client


* Support Operations teams to ensure service level standards are met; adhere to all contractual obligations and ensure client compliance


* Identify growth opportunities with current customers by promoting enhanced services and/or cost savings to the customer, partner with site leadership in all customer visits, conference calls and problem-solving efforts


* Track, record and maintain planning and operations-related data; deploy planning-based metrics to ensure optimized operational efficiencies
