What You Will Do

The Business Finance Manager is responsible for conducting financial analysis, deploying dashboards and business scorecards, developing policies and procedures, and overseeing the cost effectiveness of operating systems and programs.

You will partner cross functionally to develop solutions to a variety of problems with varying levels of scope and complexity, and analyze company actual performance vs.

Key Responsibilities


* Managing risk and opportunities for P&L, supporting Marketing and Sales business partners in delivery of NTS, market share and brand contribution targets


* Development of market models to assess category sizing, market share and validate brand financial KPIs


* Analyze market share performance vs.

competitors developing competitive insights to support delivery of Consumer roadmap


* Understands franchise segment business issues and identify cost and process improvement initiatives


* New product introduction assessment and recommendation on pricing


* Identification of levers to drive Gross profit improvement initiatives (including CIW/TP/BME spends)


* External focus on competitor environment (customer and category) to drive insight and strategic direction for franchise


* Understanding of needs states and shopper / consumer preferences for relevant franchise to review and challenge brand strategy, pricing, marketing BME & CIW investments


* Provide support to deliver latest update and budget presentations for local and regional reviews, framing and tailoring communication to audience.


* Ensure compliance with evolving accounting guidance and local government laws; act as a liaison with external firms when appropriate

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications


* 8-10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record of success in a managerial role.


* University/Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance or accounting
