Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans supporting the implementation of special initiatives as assigned.
- Project manage cross-functional corporate initiatives and provide oversight on their progression.
- Maintain complete discretion in the execution of duties and special projects in accordance with Maximus strategy.
- Ensure meetings have clear objectives and agendas and manage action item tracking and follow-up.
Request materials early to allow time for review and proactively raise issues and feedback to the Chief of Staff.
