Marin Post Acute is looking for a dedicated and organized Ward Clerk to join our team! This full-time position offers a pay range of $21-$23 per hour and the opportunity to be part of a compassionate, resident-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:


* Provide administrative support to the nursing staff and leadership team


* Maintain and organize medical records, patient charts, and documentation


* Assist with scheduling, admissions, discharges, and transfers


* Answer phone calls and coordinate communication between departments


* Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors with professionalism and care


* Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations

What We're Looking For:


* Experience in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting preferred


* Strong organizational and communication skills


* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


* Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus


* A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for patient care
