Now Searching for a Staff Occupational Therapist to Join our dynamic rehabilitation team! You'll evaluate and treat patients, collaborate with families and healthcare teams, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

You'll also have the opportunity to mentor, train staff, and support patient care excellence.

Key Responsibilities


* Conduct evaluations within 24 hours (or one business day) of physician referral.


* Develop and implement effective treatment plans with physician approval.


* Provide direct patient care in alignment with treatment plans.


* Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and assist with Restorative Aide training.


* Communicate patient progress and plans with the healthcare team.


* Document evaluations, treatment notes, and progress per policy and regulatory guidelines.
