Your Role as a Treatment Nurse

As a Treatment Nurse at Napa Post Acute, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality wound care and ensuring optimal healing for our residents.

Key responsibilities include:


* Performing wound assessments and providing treatments as ordered by the physician.


* Monitoring and documenting the healing process.


* Educating staff, residents, and families on wound prevention and care techniques.


* Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.


* Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to treatment and wound care.

Qualifications


* Licensure: Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in California.


* Experience: Previous wound care experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.


* Skills: Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
