Sr. Associate, Content Marketing

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

As Sr.

Associate, Content Marketing, you will write, edit and curate content that helps improve brand consideration, supports B2B marketing campaigns, and increases reach and engagement across channels.

The ideal candidate is comfortable doing research, interviewing internal and external SMEs, and leveraging modern writing tactics and tools to produce attention-grabbing, functional content.

You will work closely with Community, Demand Gen, Lifecycle, and Product Marketing teams and report to the Senior Manager of Content Strategy and Brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES:



* Write content of varying lengths and formats that fulfill briefs for SEO-optimized blog posts, tactical guides, industry reports, video scripts, internal and external newsletters, social media captions, and more.


* Revise existing content, updating to ensure accuracy while aligning content with our company priorities and brand voice.


* Source and refine UGC such as stock photos and guest articles, in partnership with the Social Media Lead and Community team.


* Support ad hoc B2B marketing programs, including member education, awards programs, events, and other B2B communications.


* Peer review content from across the B2B marketing team, providing feedback and support.

SUCCESSFUL CONTENT ASSOCIATE CANDIDATES HAVE:



* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.


* 3+ years of experience working in a content writing or copywriting role, preferably in a B2B environment.


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail, storytelling, and brand voice.


* A strategic approach to written content, with a deep understanding of the role that headings, hooks, formatting, length, hyperlinks, etc.

* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various departments and stakeholders to understand content and campaign briefs and goals.


* Experience working in a CMS, such as Wordpress or Webflow, is highly desirable.
