The Manager of Cybersecurity Software Engineering will lead the development of cutting-edge security solutions, applications, and infrastructure to provide security for Surgical Vision portfolio of equipment.

In this pivotal role, the candidate will oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of software architectures that are resilient against emerging threats.

The candidate will collaborate cross functionally to understand the system from both a technical perspective and the user's viewpoint and guide the team in the design, review, development, testing, and release of the applications and infrastructure that ultimately enable surgeons on a next-generation surgical system to provide better patient outcomes.

Your expertise will drive the development of secure coding practices, conduct risk assessments, and foster a culture of "secure by design" throughout the organization.

As a leader, you will not only guide project execution but also mentor talented engineers, ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest standards of security and performance.

* Drive process improvements and foster collaboration to enhance productivity while maintaining stringent software security for our products.


* Analyze and implement security standards, collaborating with cross-functional corporate partners to identify and integrate applicable security requirements into product software.


* Collaborate closely with specialists in clinical engineering, systems engineering, instrumentation, integration, human factors, labeling, and manufacturing, as part of a focused multi-disciplinary team to find the correct balance between security and user experience.
