As a Security Technology Specialist , You will be managing the installation of complex security systems.

Security Technology Specialist is a crucial role that will influence one of the world's largest security deployments by helping to expand our vast deployment of closed-circuit television (CCTV), Access Control, Paging, Fire Alarm, and Intrusion systems at Walmart's corporate properties.

Compensation:


* $33-$63/hour


* Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, geographic location, level of job offer, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

Essential Functions:


* Installing, Maintaining, Testing Burglar, Fire alarms and Voice Evacuation system as well as Video Surveillance systems.


* Assists in ensuring code compliance by achieving, maintaining, and enforcing all required licenses and certifications for national electrical and fire codes according to local, state, and federal regulations (for example low voltage licenses, fire alarm licenses, National Institute Certifying Engineering Technology certifications, National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association trainings, National Electric Code requirements, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 72, NFPA 731, NFPA 101).


* Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
