What You'll Do:


* Initiating Contact and Evaluation: Engage with potential candidates, assess resumes, conduct insightful interviews, orchestrate seamless hiring procedures, with a focus on identifying technical talent in fields such as software development, data analysis, engineering, and IT.


* Strategic Posting and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to showcase technical opportunities across diverse platforms,


* Exceptional Service: Deliver unparalleled customer service to all candidates (and customers when needed), fostering robust communication channels with on-site teams to ensure satisfaction and alignment, particularly for technical placements.


* Insightful Reporting: Drive informed decisions by generating and presenting comprehensive recruiting reports, including analytics on technical hiring trends and metrics, to our esteemed leadership team.


* Customer/Client Connections: Act as the connection between candidates and hiring managers, arranging seamless interview experiences for technical roles that lead to successful placements.


* Efficient Onboarding: Guide new hires, particularly technical talent, through the onboarding process, meticulously managing background checks, skills assessments, and other essential procedures.


* Organizational Excellence: Maintain detailed organization of candidate and job order files, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, especially for technical recruitment.


* Compliance and Coordination: Uphold adherence to federal and state regulations, ensuring compliance with immigration and sponsorship requirements.

Coordinate pre-placement testing when necessary, and demonstrate expertise in managing technical certifications, qualifications, and immigration processes.


* Adaptable Support: Embrace versatility by stepping in to assist with additional duties as needed, showcasing your commitment to team success.

What You'll Bring:


* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.


* Proven experience as a technical recruiter or similar role, with a deep understanding of technical skills, roles, and industry trends.
